Ravi Hari Kaur, aka Janice Bourdage, is a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor with over 16 years teaching experience. In addition to teaching yoga at Universal Force Yoga, she is currently on the teaching staff of such major institutions as The United Nations, The New York Open Center, and H.B. Acting Studio.

Ravi Hari also served as a staff instructorat both Kundalini Yoga East and The Kundalini Yoga Center in NYC. In addition to teaching classes, Ravi Hari also works as a psychotherapist in private practice in Manhattan. Prior to teaching yoga, Ravi Hari toured extensively with several NYC dance companies.

With a background in literature, dance, & psychology, Ravi Hari brings to her classes a love of movement, words, and the workings of the human mind. Her workshops in the "Yoga and Psychology Series" are a special favorite.
