Jenny Lynch is an astrologer, author, and former internationally syndicated astrology columnist for Condé Nast. Her work has appeared in major magazines and digital publications in the United States and abroad. Today, she is the founder of Kitchen Alchemy Press, publishing books about planets, food, and mysterious places.

Curiosity has taken me places I never imagined.

My own life has been a little like a blind date. You never really know who’s about to walk through the door—or where the next opportunity will lead.

I’ve always followed my curiosity. It has taken me into restaurant kitchens, woodworking shops, television studios, classrooms, and eventually to a place where two lifelong passions—food and astrology—came together in ways I never expected.

Along the way I’ve been a chef, astrologer, television host, writer, publisher, instrument builder, carpenter, herbalist, and teacher. For years, those careers seemed completely unrelated.

Looking back, I see something different. Every one of them was teaching me to recognize patterns, understand timing, and see connections that weren’t obvious at first.

That’s what I love about astrology.

A birth chart reveals far more than personality. It reveals the timing of our lives. By combining the birth chart with forecasting techniques, I help clients understand when they’re most likely to meet an important partner, change careers, move, welcome a child, or step into one of life’s defining chapters.

For more than fifty years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people navigate life’s important crossroads. Every consultation is an opportunity to offer perspective, clarity, and confidence about what lies ahead.

Food has always been another thread running through my life. Growing up in a family of chefs and spending decades in professional kitchens eventually led me to Kitchen Alchemy Press, where I bring together my love of food, astrology, and storytelling.
